Free forms are here! I have written a script which all Web Studio users may use. All I ask is that you send me an email, using the form below, giving me the address you will be using to receive the replies, your name and your web site address. If you do not have a site yet, don't worry - just send me a note with the page where the form is you're using so I can see it. The email address you provide to me will be entered in an "approved list of emails" - only addresses in that list will be able to receive replies using my service. |
Full instructions for using the service will be explained within this section. I hope at some point in the near future to have a form generator, similar to the generators I already have on this site for mouseovers, drop-down menus and no-right-click scripts. Those things require a great deal of code to create, and as I currently have a few other projects on the table right now I can't promise anything right away. However, what I have in mind is a generator that will create code in two ways: using a table (text descriptions on the left and input boxes on the right) and one that will create a vertical form (text descriptions above the form element, going vertically down the page). The generator would, of course, format the code to work with my service, though it could certainly be altered to work with other form services as well.
Now, let's get going. If you wish to request your email address be entered in the approved list, please fill out the form below. The "Registered Email" and "Name" fields are the most important. The web site field is optional, but I do ask that at some point you provide a web site address where the form you use can be found. There are absolutely NO restrictions on the use of the form service, outside the general statement that by using it, swipesy.com will not be held responsible for anything of any sort, nor in any form or manner. That's fair enough, isn't it?
Below is the form for new users. This form uses the exact same service that I'm offering, so you can rest assured that it works just fine. Please enter all the information you are able to. If you would like a confirmation email sent to yourself, just enter your email address in the appropriate box.
